Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a "problem-focused" and "action-oriented" form of therapy. CBT is based on the belief that thought distortions and maladaptive behaviors play a role in the development and maintenance of many psychological disorders, and that symptoms and associated distress can be reduced by teaching new information-processing skills and coping mechanisms.
CBT
Dragonfly’s Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program involves organized individual sessions, weekly skills group instruction, and skills coaching opportunities from our team of specially trained DBT therapists.. DBT objectives include coping with painful experiences constructively, improving relationships, increasing focus, and managing emotional ups and downs.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR therapy does not require talking in detail about the distressing issue or completing homework between sessions. EMDR therapy, rather than focusing on changing the emotions, thoughts, or behaviors resulting from the distressing issue, allows the brain to resume its natural healing process.
EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. For many clients, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other psychotherapies.
Therapists use EMDR therapy to address a wide range of challenges:
Anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias
Chronic Illness and medical issues
Depression and bipolar disorders
Dissociative disorders
Eating disorders
Grief and loss
Pain
Performance anxiety
Personality disorders
PTSD and other trauma and stress-related issues
Sexual assault
Sleep disturbance
Substance abuse and addiction
Violence and abuse
MNRI
The Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) Method is comprised of a number of integration programs, each designed to reinforce and optimize the integration of primary motor reflex patterns. By focusing on the restoration of the appropriate reflex function, MNRI Method restorative techniques impact underlying neurosensorimotor function by working to release sensory system protection, so that input from functionally available sensory systems is an accurate reflection of the input experience and not over- or under-exaggerated, re-engage inhibited neural pathways, or to facilitate the activation of alternate neural pathways.

NARM
The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®), is a collaborative focus on understanding life long, complex, symptoms, interpersonal difficulties rooted in attachment, relational and/or developmental trauma patterns. We work together to move to a place of more wholehearted, secure, & embodied living. You will find you are able to have an enhanced capacity for relationships, improve self confidence, which will eliminate patterns of self destruction and dysfunction.
SE
Somatic Experiencing, (SE®), is a method of releasing stress and trauma that gets “stuck” in the body. SE utilizes the latest research on the connection between the brain and the body. When we become stressed by an overwhelming life event, a traumatic incident, or a mentally tough situation, our brains tell our bodies to either run, fight, or freeze, otherwise known as flight / fight / freeze. Instead of thinking about problems, Somatic Experiencing focuses on where trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety shows up in our bodies.
